StartWatch License Agreement

Carefully read the following terms and conditions. The act of installing
this software indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If
you do not agree with them, uninstall the software.

StartWatch and the StartWatch installation program are protected by
copyright law. 

The StartWatch installation program may not be distributed electronically
or via computer media without prior written permission of SoftWx, Inc. 
The software may only be obtained directly from the SoftWx website. You 
may provide direct links on your own website to the software file on our
website provided it is clear the software is a product of SoftWx, Inc.

You may install StartWatch (the software) on an unlimited number of 
computers. However, there are some features (the shareware features) that
will function only during a 30 day trial period. To continue using the 
shareware features beyond the trial period, you must register the 
software by submitting payment to SoftWx, Inc. 

When you register the software you will be provided a serial number and 
key by SoftWx, Inc. When you enter the serial number and key into the 
software it becomes a "Registered Installation". You may have Registered
Installations using the serial number and key you were provided on up to
5 computers you own, lease or rent at the same time. You may not provide
or make the serial number and key available to any third party. Doing so
may terminate your license to use the software, and cause future versions
of the software to not accept the serial number and key.

You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the program, or any copy, 
modification or merged portion, in whole or in part, except as expressly
provided for in this license.

Governing Law
 
This agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Idaho.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED 
"AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF 
MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any software
be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying
on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using this 
software. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED 
EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE 
PRICE.
